How credits work
Credits are applied automatically to your next billing cycle — no action needed.
Each referral gives you 3 free months per year, applied one month at a time over 3 billing cycles.

If you refer more than 4, extras are queued and auto-promoted if a spot opens.
If a referred company cancels, their spot opens and your next queued referral fills it automatically.

Referral FAQ
Recurring. Every year your referral stays an active FenceFlow customer, you get 3 free months applied to your billing. It’s not a one-time reward.
Unlimited. However, only 4 referrals can be actively earning credits at once (that’s enough for a full free year). Any additional referrals are queued and automatically promoted if a spot opens.
Their credit slot opens up. If you have any queued referrals, the oldest one is automatically promoted to take the open spot.
Credits are applied automatically on your regular billing cycle. When a referral becomes active, the first month’s credit is applied on your next invoice. The second and third months follow on your subsequent invoices.
In your FenceFlow admin dashboard under Subscription → Referrals. You can see every referral, their status, how many credits have been applied, and your referral link.
