Widget

A fence quote widget for your website

Right now a serious buyer is on your website with a contact form and a phone number, and you're 45 minutes away quoting a job that won't close. A fence quote widget flips that: the homeowner draws their fence on a satellite map, picks a material, and sees a price built from your rates, before you pick up the phone. You get a lead with the footage already measured.

What the homeowner does

1

They type their address

The widget loads a satellite view of their property. No account, no app download, no phone call to schedule a visit.

2

They draw the fence line

Click the corners, the widget tracks the linear footage live. Gates get dropped on the line. No measuring tape, no guessing.

3

They pick material and height

Wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, composite, ornamental iron, farm and ranch rail. Each with the styles and heights you actually sell.

4

They see your price and hand you their details

Exact number, a range, or no price at all, your call. Either way the lead arrives with the drawing, the footage, the material, and contact info.

What lands in your dashboard

  • The fence drawing on the satellite image, with linear footage
  • Material, style, height, and gate count they chose
  • The quote total they saw (or the range, or nothing, depending on your mode)
  • Name, phone, and email, captured at step one
  • Incomplete quotes too: anyone who entered contact info and stopped shows up as a warm lead, with the step they stopped at

Common questions

Does a fence quote widget work on WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace?
Yes. FenceFlow is one script tag. Paste it into a page section, a popup, or a full-page layout on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GoDaddy, or custom HTML. If a developer manages your site, we send a ready-made email with everything they need; it takes them minutes.
How accurate is a quote from a map drawing?
As accurate as your rate card. The widget multiplies the linear footage the homeowner drew by your per-foot price for that material and height, then adds gates, disposal, add-ons, and tax from your settings. Slopes, rock, and access issues still get handled on site, which is why many companies show a range rather than an exact number.
Can I use the widget without showing prices?
Yes. Three modes, set per company: show the exact price, show a range like $3,800 to $4,500, or hide pricing completely and just collect the lead with the drawing and details. Most companies start with ranges and switch to exact once they see it filters out tire-kickers.
What happens to homeowners who start a quote and don't finish?
They're not lost. Contact info is captured the moment they enter it, so every unfinished quote appears in your warm-leads list with exactly where they stopped. You call, they already know the ballpark.
Will the widget show my branding or FenceFlow's?
Standard shows a small 'Powered by FenceFlow' line. The White-Label plan removes it and uses your logo, your colors, and sends customer emails under your name.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes: add your logo, enter pricing for each fence type, height, and gate, set disposal and add-ons, define your service area, paste the embed. If you'd rather send us your price list, we load it for you.
