Billing Terms

These Billing Terms supplement our Terms of Service and describe the payment, billing, and cancellation terms for FenceFlow subscriptions.
1. Pricing
FenceFlow offers two subscription plans:
Standard Plan
$129/month
- •Full widget functionality with all fence types
- •Lead management and application tracking
- •Customizable pricing and materials
- •Email notifications for new leads
- •FenceFlow branding on the widget
White-Label Plan
$229/month
- •Everything in the Standard Plan
- •Your company logo and custom branding
- •FenceFlow branding completely removed
- •Custom color scheme matching your brand
2. Free Trial
All new accounts begin with a 30-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all Standard Plan features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the 30-day trial period, your account will be paused and your embedded widget will stop functioning until you subscribe to a paid plan.
3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your billing date is the day you first subscribe to a paid plan, and you will be charged on the same date each month. If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
4. Taxes
Applicable taxes are added to your subscription fee based on your location:
- •Canadian customers: Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at the applicable rate (e.g., 13% in Ontario) will be added to your subscription fee where FenceFlow is registered to collect tax
- •United States and international customers: No Canadian sales tax is applied. You may be responsible for any applicable local taxes in your jurisdiction
All prices listed on our website and in the Service are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Tax amounts will be displayed on your invoice.
5. Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe. FenceFlow never stores your complete credit card number.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times over a 7-day period. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be paused and your embedded widget will stop functioning. You can reactivate your subscription by updating your payment method and settling any outstanding balance.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. When you cancel:
- •Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- •You will not be charged for the next billing period
- •Your widget will continue to function until the end of the paid period
- •Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends
- •You may resubscribe at any time during the 30-day retention period without losing your data
8. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. When downgrading, the new rate applies from your next billing date.
9. Refund Policy
FenceFlow does not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel partway through a month, you retain access for the remainder of that month but will not receive a prorated refund. Exceptions may be granted at FenceFlow's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. To request an exception, contact us at billing@getfenceflow.com.
10. Currency
Subscriptions are billed in the currency configured for your account. FenceFlow supports Canadian Dollars (CAD) and United States Dollars (USD). Your billing currency is set during account creation and reflected on all invoices.
